Weaving Warping Stitching Quality Control

Weaving

Reputed as expert weavers of 100% polyester and blended fabrics, our weaving floor produces plain, twill, satin and dobby constructions on a calibrated mix of air-jet and rapier looms.

Warping

Sectional and direct warping machinery prepares precise warp beams that set the foundation for every metre we weave — controlling tension, density and pattern repeats from the very first step.

Stitching

Modern stitching lines convert woven and knitted greige into finished sheets, duvets, pillow shams, drapes, cushion covers and kitchen linen — with in-line inspection at every workstation.

Quality Control

Multi-stage QC across yarn, greige, finished fabric and made-up product — backed by an accredited in-house lab for colour fastness, shrinkage, tensile strength and dimensional stability.

Lab testing: colour fastness, shrinkage, GSM, tensile strength
